Customer: "I'm calling about my son's glasses, order [Order #]. He's having trouble seeing, and our doctor confirmed the pupil distance is incorrect. Your site didn't prompt me for it, so it was just assumed, which is unacceptable for a child's glasses! And trying to reach a human has been impossible; email responses take days."
